We use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and improve our site. Basic, anonymous visit counts are collected without cookies. Cookies and detailed usage analytics are used only after you accept them via our cookie banner; if you decline, we limit collection to anonymous, non-persistent data. To attribute enquiries to their source, we also temporarily store campaign and referral details in your browser for the duration of your session; this is first-party only and cleared when you close your browser. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

FireAI processes your personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process data inputs and generate insights as requested.

  • Communicate important updates, support, or marketing (with opt-out options).

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service provision, legal obligations, or ongoing analysis if requested by users. Uploaded data is not stored permanently unless required for continued use.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

FireAI may share your personal data only in the following cases:

  • With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) to operate FireAI.
  • For legal compliance, responding to legal requests from authorities.
  • In business transfers, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

7. Data Security

FireAI employs strict security measures to protect user data, including:

  • Encryption of data transmissions.
  • Secure storage with access control.
  • Regular security audits and compliance checks.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, applicable data protection laws may grant you specific rights in relation to your personal data. FireAI is committed to upholding these principles and responding to valid requests in a timely manner, subject to any limitations under law.

The rights described below may not all apply in every situation; where a right does not apply or cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@fireai.in. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

  • Right to be informed

You have the right to clear information about how we collect and use your personal data. This Privacy Policy, together with any supplementary notices we provide at the point of collection, is intended to meet that obligation.

  • Right of access

You may request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, where we do, obtain a copy of or access to certain information about that processing, subject to applicable exceptions.

  • Right to rectification (correction)

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data and, where appropriate, complete incomplete data, so that records remain accurate for the purposes for which they are used.

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

In certain circumstances, you may request that we delete your personal data. This right is not absolute; for example, we may need to retain some information to comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or where retention is otherwise permitted by law.

  • Right to restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you may request that we limit how we use your personal data (for instance, while the accuracy of the data is contested or the lawfulness of processing is questioned), where such restriction is available under applicable law.

  • Right to data portability

Where processing is based on your consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you may have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, where technically feasible.

  • Right to object

You may object to certain processing of your personal data, including processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. Where you object to marketing, we will stop that processing. For other objections, we will assess your request under applicable law.

  • Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling

Where applicable law provides safeguards for decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects, you may have the right to obtain human review, express your point of view, or contest the decision, subject to the scope of our services and legal exceptions.

  • Right to withdraw consent

Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent. You may withdraw marketing consent through unsubscribe links in emails or by contacting us.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory or data protection authority in your jurisdiction, where such a right exists.

9. Third-Party Integrations

FireAI may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics). Their privacy policies govern their data usage, and we encourage reviewing them separately.

10. Incident Reporting and CERT-In Compliance

We are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of our systems and user data. In line with the directives issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), we have established a formal process for identifying, assessing, and reporting cybersecurity incidents.

As part of our compliance obligations:

  • Timely Notification: In the event of a cybersecurity incident, we are committed to reporting the incident to CERT-In within 6 hours of detection or identification, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Official Reporting Channels: All such reports are submitted through the official communication channels designated by CERT-In, including:
  • Reporting Format: We use the standardized reporting template provided in Annexure-I of the CERT-In circular dated April 28, 2022, ensuring that all required details—such as incident type, affected systems, detection timeline, and mitigation actions—are thoroughly documented.
  • Internal Process: Our internal cybersecurity response policy ensures that incidents are promptly escalated, validated, and reported to the appropriate authorities, enabling rapid containment and resolution.
  • Recordkeeping: All incident reports and related correspondence are securely maintained as part of our compliance and audit practices.

This proactive approach to incident reporting supports our ongoing efforts to protect user data, ensure system resilience, and comply with applicable cybersecurity regulations in India.

FireAI may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app alert.
