It also handles messy field data such as multi-tab Excel, retroactive entries and missing GPS pings, with GST reports and INR formatting built in.

Is my data secure, and is FireAI GDPR compliant?

Yes. FireAI has been independently assessed as GDPR compliant by Aegisra Assurance LLP (examination dated May 2026) and operates as a data processor on your behalf. Your data is encrypted at rest, protected with TLS in transit, and guarded by a Web Application Firewall, regular VAPT and audit logging. FireAI can run in process-in-place mode without storing your data, with region-locked deployment on request. Business plans add SOC 2 and HIPAA-ready controls with field-level encryption, and Enterprise covers SOX, GDPR and FINRA with on-prem or dedicated VPC.

Those are annual-billing rates, and monthly billing is also available. Prices exclude GST.

Do you offer annual billing and discounts?

Every paid plan supports both monthly and annual billing, and choosing annual saves you up to about 20% versus monthly. You can pay by card, UPI, net banking or bank transfer, and Enterprise customers can pay against invoice on NET-30 terms.
