| Add to KB | The switch that adds a widget to FireAI's knowledge base when you save it |
| Circuit | A recipe of steps FireAI follows to answer one question |
| Column | One heading in a table, like a column in Excel |
| Custom Query | A filter type that fills its dropdown from your data |
| Dashboard | A page of widgets |
| Data Guard | FireAI's feature for controlling who sees which rows |
| Data role | A job title for data access, such as store manager |
| Data source | A place your business data lives |
| Filter | A dropdown on a widget that changes what it shows |
| KGQ | A key question saved with the one correct way to answer it |
| Knowledge base | FireAI's notebook about your business |
| KPI | A number you track to run the business |
| LAST SYNC | When FireAI last collected fresh data from a source |
| Query (SQL) | The instruction that fetches a number from your data |
| Scope | A rule saying which rows someone may see |
| SQL Question | The plain-words question you save with a widget |
| Table | One sheet of data, like a tab in Excel |
| Vocabulary | Your business words and their meanings |
| Widget | One tile showing a number, chart or table |
| Workspace | A folder for widgets and dashboards |
