A step-by-step guide to setting up FireAI for your business on your own. Connect your data, build and check your first KPI tiles, teach FireAI your business words, control who sees what, and set up automatic reports.

FireAI is a causal decision intelligence platform. It connects to the systems your business already runs on, lets you ask questions in plain words, and tells you not just what happened but why.
This guide walks you through setting up FireAI for your business, one click at a time. You do not need to know databases, code or SQL. If you can use email and Excel, you can follow it.
By the end you will have
- Checked that your business data has reached FireAI
- Built tiles that show your key numbers, such as total sales
- Taught FireAI what your numbers and words mean, so it answers questions correctly
- Made sure each person only sees the data they should
- Asked FireAI a question and proved the answer is right
- Set FireAI to send you reports and warnings on WhatsApp or email
How each step works
Every step looks the same, so you always know what to do.

Nine words you will meet
You only need these. Each is explained again when it first comes up, and the full glossary has the rest.
