Step 10 · Teach FireAI
Teach FireAI your words and key questions
Use the FireAI Knowledge Base to check your KPIs, add business vocabulary like bills or ABV, and save key questions (KGQs) that must always be answered the same way.
Updated September 30, 2026
FireAI's knowledge base is its notebook about your business. Step 8 already added your widgets to it. Now add your team's words and the questions that must always be answered the same way.
Check your KPIs
- Select Settings at the lower left, then Knowledge Base.
- Open the KPIs section. Check each number from List 1 is there. Anything you saved in Step 8 appears here.
Add your business words
- Open Vocabulary and add each word from List 2 with its meaning.
Examples
Word: bills Meaning: invoices. One bill = one invoice.
Word: pairs Meaning: units sold (each shoe pair counts as one)
Word: ABV Meaning: average bill value = total sales ÷ number of billsAdd key questions (KGQs)
A KGQ (key question) is a question your team asks often, saved with the one correct way to answer it. FireAI then always answers it that way, and warns anyone whose widget disagrees (that was the yellow box in Step 8).
- Open KGQ and add a new one.
- Type the question as your team asks it, for example "What is my net sales this month?"
- Add the calculation from your List 1. If you are not sure how to write it, ask the FireAI team for the exact text.
- If something must always be left out (for example cancelled invoices), mark that rule as required. Save.
You should now see
Your words under Vocabulary and your key questions under KGQ.
Vocabulary or KGQ?
A single word or short phrase goes in Vocabulary. A whole question that must always be answered one way goes in KGQ.
