Download dashboard data
Download a chart as PNG or Excel, or email CSV and Excel files for the tables and charts on a dashboard.

You can download one widget from its menu, or send several tables and charts from the dashboard to email.
Download one chart
- Open the dashboard.
- On the chart, open the widget menu.
- Choose Download PNG to save the chart image, or Download Excel to export the chart’s data. Excel asks how many rows to include. You can switch that export to CSV in the same dialog.
Tables and pivot tables keep a single Download action, which exports CSV or Excel.
Email tables and charts together
- Open the dashboard menu and choose Download Data.
- Enter up to 10 email addresses.
- Select the tables, pivot tables, and charts to include. Charts are listed with the tables. Headings, banners, and KPIs are left out because they are not row exports.
- Choose CSV or Excel. For Excel, you can combine the selected widgets into one workbook with a sheet per widget.
- Choose Download selected. Recipients get the files by email.
