Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What is Enterprise pricing?

Enterprise is custom-priced based on your user count, data volume, compliance needs (SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, FINRA), private LLM options (Azure, AWS, BYO keys) and deployment model (dedicated VPC or on-prem). Volume discounts apply.

No. Prices listed are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes. Final tax amounts are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS) for annual plans. Enterprise customers can pay against invoice with NET-30 terms.

Which plan is best for a small team?

The Team plan is the best fit for small teams — it includes 3 users by default, pooled AI queries with per-user top-ups, all standard connectors, 90-day data retention and chat/email support (8-hr SLA). You can add more seats as the team grows.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes — subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) on the same payment method. You can disable auto-renewal or cancel anytime from billing settings before the renewal date.

What happens when I add or remove users—do you prorate charges?

Accepted Answer

Added users are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle and charged on your next invoice. Removed users free up seats starting from the next billing cycle; no refund is issued mid-cycle.

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

We'll automatically retry the payment over the next 7 days and email you. If retries continue to fail, your workspace moves to read-only mode for 14 days while you update your billing details — after which access is paused until payment is resolved.

Are add-ons available (for example, connectors)?

Yes. Additional premium and enterprise connectors, extra cloud storage, AI query top-up packs, and premium support hours can be purchased as add-ons on Team, Business and Enterprise plans.
