Step 2 · Prepare your data
Check your data has arrived
Confirm every data source you need is connected to FireAI and recently synced. Check LAST SYNC on the Connectors page, run a manual Sync, and request a new connector.

FireAI can only show numbers from data it can reach. Before building anything, make sure your data is connected and up to date.
Check each source
- Select Connectors in the left menu. Your connected data sources appear at the top under Connected Data Sources, each with a green tick.
- Select the arrow at the right of your data source to open its details.
- Look at LAST SYNC. This is when FireAI last collected fresh data. It should be today or yesterday.
- If it is older, select Sync to collect the latest data now.
- Look at List 1 from Step 0. For each number, ask: is the data it needs here? If you are not sure which source holds it, ask the FireAI team.
- If a source is missing (for example, your Google Sheet or marketplace account), select Request New and tell the FireAI team what you need connected.
You should now see
Every source you need, with a recent LAST SYNC date.
Data arrives on a timetable
Data is collected on a schedule, not instantly. If your Google Sheet is collected every morning at 7 am, a row you add at 5 pm appears the next morning.
