Confirm how each number is worked out
Agree which table and which calculation every KPI uses before you build in FireAI, so dashboards, answers and reports all show the same figure.

The same number can be worked out in different ways. Agreeing one way now means every screen, answer and report will match.
Agree the calculations
- Open List 1 from Step 0.
- Send it to the FireAI team and ask them to confirm, for each number, which table it comes from and how it is calculated. FireAI can study your data and suggest this for you.
- Add two columns to your list for their answers: Table and Calculation.

- Check the plain-words column still matches what the team means. If anything is unclear, ask before moving on.
Watch for look-alike tables
Your data may hold two tables with similar names, for example
orders and orders_archive. Always use the one your accounts team trusts. Two tiles built from two different tables will show different numbers, and both will look correct.You should now see
